Yeah, I totally get doing the renovations as soon as you move in, it’s sensible, getting new windows, kitchens and bathrooms fitted at the start or else you’ll never get it done.
Drilling, hammering and the odd bit of sanding is unavoidable when renovating.
Sanding the floor though sounds absolutely horrendous just wondered if anyone else has experienced the joys of it.
