My neighbours are really finding some interesting ways to be annoying with everyone home all the time. One of my neighbours is spending an hour every evening hosing down our concrete back court. The noise of the hose drives me crazy and the waste of the water irritates me too. And it's always at different times of the evening. Sometimes as late as 10 o clock at night. I don't know why she's doing this. Other than to drive me insane. |
