Within the boundaries of your own household you are correct in that you were not contributing to the spread of the virus. BUT what about the guy that was walking past, saw you and thought "fuck it, I'm going to invite my girlfriend out for a picnic, if they can do it then so can I" (they don't live in the same household btw). Then someone sees them etc etc and 4 days later the park is fucking rammed. Btw the dude's girlfriend had caught the 'rona the day before in Tescos, the guy lives with his granny, his granny is now deed.
The rules are not supposed to be open to interpretation. It is not for you to evaluate your own circumstances and decide what you do and don't adhere to. The lockdown rules only work if everyone sticks to them. |
