Mary Seacole would be a famous woman we could think about. She’s a part cerribbean/part Scottish nurse that saved a lot of lives during the Crimean War. Not necessarily big impact on Glasgow though as you asked but certainly a famous person of colour in Scottish history. Seacole Street has a decent ring to it too
