| Comment | I don't stay in Glasgow as i live in argyll and bute area but commute to work in the city and the difference is night and day, barely see any litter, i say barely you still see some odd droppings. Was talking about recycling a while ago to my friend who lives in the city and he was of the opinion that no one bothers because no one bothers. I reckon its both the city council and the people that requires sorting the problem, tougher penalty for littering and recycling programs need to be mandatory. |
