You're not helping the cause by doing this, you're playing right into the oppressors hands.
When the public enquiry into why more BAME people are affected by covid than other groups comes, they'll blame these protests for the spread, and it will muddy the waters.
We're both on the same side here, I just think you shouldn't have went to the park. It's good you're passionate about it as well, but please think about your actions before you attend the next one.
It's up to you if you want to go, but there must be a better way of showing your support than meeting up in a big group. |
