Are you scared of driving, or are scared of the idea of driving? They are not necessarily *quite* the same thing (the first is specific, the second may be more a product of generalised anxiety).

Can you ride a bike? If so, get out on that and "pretend" to drive a car. If you pick your area and time, you'll be the only person on the road and can get used to lane position etc.

Can you pinpoint *what* scares you about driving? At the start irst "everything" and that's normal. Stalling the car? Normal..getting I the wrong lane? Normal. Most of these result in a large amount of swearing and a minor detour.

Have you spoken with anyone about anxiety? Know what happens when you fails driving test? You shrug, look at the sheet, practice and try again. *Nothing bad happens.*

Got and driving games you can play in an "open world" mode? Ignore the game art, treat it like an in-home simulator.
