| Comment | I honestly can’t believe people are still recommending this lot. Maybe we just got a shitty advisor but we had a horrendous experience. She was impossible to get hold of (denied receiving calls and emails) and didn’t keep us in the loop about anything that was going on.
They constantly try to sell insurances and cover that you don’t need but tell you that you do (that’s how they get commission). If you show even the slightest hint that you don’t know how the process works, they will try to take the piss. Dealing with them is one of the most drawn out and stressful experiences I’ve ever had!
