Me and my partner just reserved a plot outside Glasgow. I’m of the opinion that the market won’t effect new builds overly aside from the building times. Depends what you’re going for though.
Show homes etc are closed but beginning to reopen as well as builders returning. It’s probably not great for viewing houses. But based on what I’ve been hearing a lot of people (myself included) have saved a lot of money during lockdown so find ourselves in a good position now. Also fuck my upstairs neighbours |
