I was just about to put my place up for sale just before this all kicked off. I think a lot of flats are going to come flooding onto the market as folk are going to have had their fingers burned with rentals and air b'n'b short term lets causing them grief, leaving them out of pocket, and just thinking 'fuck this' and getting places punted.
Good news for buyers, hard lines for sellers.
