Never understood such tendencies. It's common sense that the sole purpose of a judge is to find a balance between a criminal action and the judgment imposed on them. If your motive is that someone has different eyes or coloured skin rather than the majority of cases which are crimes of passion / emotionally motivated, then by all counts you're a danger to society. |
