We've been looking at Merchant City, the average for a 2 bedroom right now is 800, 750 if you're lucky. Had a few pop up at 700 but they got taken quickly. Dennistoun and Townhead are a tad more affordable.
I work in the City Centre and I'd rather pay a bit more rent and and walk 15-20 minutes to work everyday than pay less rent and have to spend money on public transport |
