I agree with this. The orange marches should be one day, in a park or a field so the civic space isn’t disrupted. They can have their freedom of expression and the rest of us can get on with our lives.
They are divisive, of course. If they pay their taxes then they’re as entitled to police protection as we are. Where would you draw the line?
