I am wondering the same thing - we’ve been looking at Baldwin Avenue would love any feedback? After living in tenements for years I’m scared of the security side but that being said we live in maryhill just now (well in estate agents talk ‘north Kelvinside’ but we are right on the cusp - back of botanics but can see the wyndford from our flat)
