I lived somewhere between 60 and 70 Baldwin Ave and it was fine. Close to the Aldi/M&S, close to GWR, and pretty cheap. The end closer to the canal (Rotherwood Avenue) is a bit dingy - the 6 in a blocks are nice inside, but most are still all electric heating and it feels a bit dodgy in the evenings. Better transport links that Low Knightswood I felt.
