When individuals there walk away without picking up their shite, how would you even know?
Tbh if they just saw me do some sort of movement I'd have flat out denied it. "Wasn't me. Are you the police? No? Right see you later then".

It might be a bit defeatist but the simple solution to me is pay folk to clean it up. Or give the folk captured elsewhere pinging fags on train platforms community service to do it ;) |
