-They stand in one spot. All day.
(For example where this camera man is standing).
-They casually stare at people. And pick a victim.
People will probably even think they are friendly community support officers. (Mine had a santa/grandad look).
-Person stands up and walks away from their rubbish.
-Person passes the officer.
-Hey mate. Here's a forty quid charge. 80 if not paid sooner etc.
-Person argues: Unfair. What about.
-Officer doesn't give a crap.
-Other people start to pull their snickers wrappers closer to their person.
I think it would help. Probably not great for the officers during Covid though. |
