I did mine a few years ago with cat 6. If you have a modern house (i.e. timber frame and plasterboard) then it’s fairly easy with fishing cables that sparks use. An issue can be getting it past the insulation but if you use the same areas where the electrics are run then you can just pull the cables through.

My walls are solid so I had to raggle a couple of walls with a wall chaser which is a super messy job.
