The ship will be running an aerobic sewage treatment plant. As long as it's properly maintained and operated, the discharge from this will be harmless to the environment.

As for emissions, the vessel will be running on ultra low sulphur marine gas oil (diesel). Having the ship laid-up on the Clyde will have no major or significant impact on the environment. While many are designed to burn heavy and intermediate/blended fuels at sea and outwith emission control areas, it won't be used as fuel while the vessel is on the Clyde.
