Don't really know where to start with your massively un-informed statement, but I'll start here...

1. New IMO regulations on SOx and NOx emissions means ALL vessels in European waters must run on MGO (or diesel as it's otherwise known)
2. Baws. You're just making shit up here. Nearest thing that I think you might mean are carbon scrubbers which older vessels that can't run dual-fuel as above have installed to 'clean' out their emissions. Like a catalytic converter on a car.
3. The three vessels, Azamara Quest, Journey & Pursuit have a total crew complement of approx. 1000. Most of whom would be onboard to look after passengers. With out passengers they probably have a safe-manning minimum of 40-60.
4. There are approximately 250,000 seafarers trapped on vessels around the world at the minute unable to get home to loved ones due to the ongoing pandemic. Most will have been trapped on their vessels since March, some for many motnhs before that. The unlucky ones are stuck on their ships with minimal contact with the outside world and intermittent food supplies.

Pretty much everything you said is laughable and reading it again makes me think you must be about 12-15? In which case I'm sorry for swearing
