I second LGBTHealth. They have been absolutely wonderful. Whether you've been out for a while, fully transitioned or a scared baby-trans, they will always do their best to help you out.
At the moment they are organising zoom get togethers and watch parties via their Facebook group but their support lines and email are still being staffed.
