And I'm with you on mega cruise ships, however it really grips my shit when folk just blurt out what they think they know, rather than the actual facts. Thanks for explaining the catalytic thing, I was just trying to give a basic comparison in layman's terms.
Cruise ships, like tankers and containerships are now built on the principles of economy of scale and while this may be disagreeable to many, they are one of the few remaining employers of British cadets and junior officers so in that respect I'm alright with them. |
