I am saying that tensions between the police and society based on the current level of violence in that area of the city is likely to have been a factor if police have been attacked. I dont think that street or the Ibis is #1 on the list of targets for terrorism. I think that the police will have been called to a disturbance at the hotel and its went badly. |
