Really, it's sad and scary that you've somehow come to believe that there is some liberal (?!) force controlling the narrative for asylum seekers.
If you want to prove this to yourself, simply look at the content of our most popular papers in this country, they use the most horrific language in relation to asylum seekers.
Also, rather than guess at these things, you can find out first hand. There are some beautiful charities in our very city that deal with asylum seekers, you could go and see their lives for yourself.
