| Comment | The thing with the bulk buy places is that, from what I remember, they're mostly down south so smaller shops need to regularly drive to pick up stock unless you're buying so much they'll offer delivery.
Also you don't get to pick and choose what you're buying. You buy by the weight and it's pot luck what you get. There's a reason you see staff from the "vintage" second hand clothes shops in the charity ones occasionally. There was some hubbub a few years back with the west end vintage shops hoovering through the Sally Army and smaller charity places buying up stock and marking it up to fuck. |
