| Comment | Like others have said, referral through a gp is the main route. Alternatively you could find a private counsellor if you can budget it, but be prepared to pay approximately 50 quid per session.
Without wanting you to share your partners situation, if there's anything it could be related to such as a health issue or trauma etc, there may be services available for that particular thing. |
