| Comment | I did a masters 4 (!) years ago now. Was easily the best decision I ever made, but it was a tough old slog.
I treated writing my dissertation like a full time job, I'd make sure to get in for a reasonable time, break for lunch, get stuff done in the afternoon too. I admittedly did work a bit more than your average 9-5 but I gave myself time off at the weekends as well.
I found exercise very useful as well, I'd time my day round an exercise class happening 6-7 and then make sure I did enough to be able to go to the class.
