If you want to carry a chib you need to carry one that the polis aren't going to see and huckle you for.
Tbh I'd imagine if you went walking down the street openly carrying a nightstick you'd find someone willing to test you soon enough. Probably more likely to get into a confrontation than just keeping the heid down. |
