Aye pepper spray is illegal too. Anything that can be considered an offensive weapon is illegal to carry on you to use as a weapon.
If you want to be legal you need to be slightly craftier. A big keyring that'll let you wave your keys about like a flail, to example. But not one of those ones specifically designed for that purpose - because that would be illegal too :)
I'd be really wary about pulling any sort of actual weapon out your bag, probably more likely you'd end up having it used on you. The "swing your keys about like a loony trying to tear their face off" approach sounds good to me though. |
