| Comment | Got to disagree with you there if you ever happen to have seen behind the veneer of San Francisco, LA and Vancouver to name a few. Now that is terrifying, Glasgow undoubtedly has issues but its not on the scale or concentration of most North American cities. What these cities have done is come up with effective ways of keeping it to within an area, most people will disagree with it but having an amnesty area and tough enforcement else where can work to keep people safe. It feels like Glasgow does neither. The police dont really want to get involved and the support feels fragmented. |
