| Comment | Hmm that’s good to know, but I should still be able to request evidence of why and how they chose their contractor to begin with. The fact that they had an invoice directly from the glazier (not from a general contractor) indicates to me that there isn’t a repairs & maintenance contract.
I’ve challenged them so we’ll see what happens!
And to reply to an earlier question, the quote I had for £125 is also including the labour. |
