they might not get covid but they are going to get a chill standing in the rain for hours. Doesn't seem worth it. Especially when other stores will deliver. Peacocks and Matalan are about as cheap as Primark and they both deliver. Supermarkets have clothing sections. And there's nowhere to wear new clothes right now anyway.
