| Comment | My partner and I have been with Goodearl since 2013, moving from the middle of nowhere as a just 18 year old brand-new students, and in that whole time we haven’t had any rent increase and all we hear from them is that they’ll come and check our flat out every few months. Our flat has a lot of wear and tear since we’ve been there, and they haven’t mentioned it, only that we shouldn’t pin so much into the walls. Saying that, we haven’t left obviously, so I don’t know how they’ll be once we choose to leave. |
