That doesn't sound like suitable conditions to be in at all. I'll look into KBM but my partner has had them before and there was an issue right at the end of their tenancy. Not so sure if it's more of the landlords or the agencies fault but basically they arranged to repaint the whole flat during their exam period. They asked if it could be rearranged and were actually moving out in less than a month but were told that it was in the tenants benefit and would make the flat look pretty. Obviously bull and they were trying to get it ready to be sold/leased again quickly. They then had issues getting the full deposit back.
I do appreciate your comment though definitely and hope nothing similar happens near the end of your tenancy mate. |
