| Comment | Used Slater Hogg and Howison, they are actually great - good communication and fair points when deducting the deposit.
Also used Zone letting, somehow managed to get the whole deposit back, they were OK some of the agents were a bit unpleasant to deal with during flat inspections.
I don't recommend grant management, one of the points they deducted from our deposit was 40 quid for hoovering the ceiling. They were not great at communication with the landlord, almost felt like a scam. |
