| Comment | Worst without a doubt is Edzell. Lied to us to get us to move flat as their client was ditching them then the flat we moved to had no heating. Luckily I worked for a solicitors at the time and we basically sent a letter saying we are not paying rent until it’s fixed, which they never did and we eventually moved out. So rent free for about three months but was bloody freezing! Their general attitude and excuses were terrible. |
