Comment	I think people expected American style service...in Renfrew. Even in America it has a sort of greasy spoon/frankie & bennies vibe, yet when you go over to the states you think it's amazing. They must have just bought a franchise opportunity, decided to build it near their home (Renfrew) and cheaper out on all staff/service.
