Getting rid of them is fairly straightforward you can call a meeting and if 1/3 of properties show up and vote then can get rid of them and make a whole host of other decisions. So if another factor was better you could get rid of this one and find someone else (although not sure how good any of them are). Could also conceivably vote to say you no longer want them responsible for ground maintenance (if applicable) and whilst they look after insurance you don’t want them doing that for example. |
