Yep. My wife is a member of the staff Facebook page for the QUEH and there's been people asking on it how they should enforce this policy when no one is sticking to it.

To be honest, in my three and a bit weeks of daily visits and the last week of essentially living on the ward, none of the hospital policies are followed. The staff ignore the hand gel at the entrance, they move the chairs about in the canteen to sit together (the signs say only two to a table), and so the patients just ignore it too. At least in the maternity unit it's taken much more seriously. My boy wouldn't cope too well with covid.
