| Comment | Indeed. There does seem to be a bit of confusion at the end if a muzzle order was in effect or not.
But if you *know* your dog has agression issues, muzzle it. If either of mine were likely to attack another dog (or any other animal!) they'd be muzzled when out and about.
And yeah, their puppy should not have been out of control. Such a shame it pays the ultimate price, dying in fear and pain, because of their failure. |
