As far as I’m aware though, there ARE rules and guidelines with regard to dog ownership and conduct in shared spaces and parks? If not then I would assume it’s a free-for-all? In which case, why bother buying food at all, just nip down the park with your savage dog and let it graze on all the tasty other smaller dogs running around.
