Hey, it was already built by the time I'd seen it, my pal filled me in on what he saw going on, I've only seen 2 people out there I don't know, I'm not gonna nosy out the window of my stairwell for however long just to catch 1 of you so i can run down and try shout you over the big ol' fence - doubt that'd be a great way of communicating eh? That's no excuse mind. Thing is i could see things getting funny knowing how it is trying to talk about things like this with neighbours, people get agro quick and that ain't me mate. I'm just wanting to know where things officially stand, cos making sure it's ok with everyone in your own close doesn't make it alright with everyone in the other 2 closes who share the same garden.

No one owns either half, it's a shared boundary on the deeds and not everyone is happy with it. I never started this post to chat shit about you, I just wanted to know where things stand and what can be done without causing a shitstorm, especially cos its already been built.

I appreciate the grafting, it's nice what you're doing, just wasn't expecting a big fence totally cutting us off and chopping down the tree the birds were always hangin about on, as dead as it was. Would have been nice if everyone else was informed and had their voice heard, rather than coming back to a fence put up out of nowhere? Can you see where i'm coming from? I get the other side isn't so nice to look at and you were probs thinking that side was 'ours', but if you take a look at all the other shared back gardens, they're all one space. Makes bin collection a whole lot easier as well.

Dunno what was going through the mind of the fanny that put the shoddy pickets up around the bins however long ago, but that illusion of a split garden is wrong and now the 2 closes on our side are left with a wee space with no trees, no place to lock anything up, can't see the birds - just bins. I get you put hard work into that side, it looks crackin, but we're not all able to physically and financially sort out the garden and it feels even more crappy and isolating with this fence up.

As i said, never started this post to chat shite, i'm not in control of what other people say, was just here for advice. Take it however you want to though.
