The worst arsehole dog owner incident I saw was in Kelvingrove Park last summer.
There was a group of Muslim women sitting around a blanket having a picnic and this dog went running straight into their picnic and started eating whatever it could find. The women were screaming and kicking the dog and throwing things at it and the owner was just standing shouting with a really weak voice.
