Comment | Was dealing with them recently. Came *this* close to signing for a flat with them but thankfully a much, much better option (that my gf and I now live in) came up. Nightmare from the get go, I’d send an email asking about the flat and wouldn’t hear for a couple of days, and then I’d receive the email at one in the morning. No customer service skills at all, really short, blunt answers. Just a miserable lot. |
