| Comment | I used HAP lettings on Great Western Road for 2 years. They weren't perfect and they definitely tried to take more than they were owed from the deposit (we left a cardboard box under the bed and for some reason they felt like £50 was how much that cost to dispose of?) but we didn't have too many issues with them. That being said the past 2 places I've lived in have been private landlords and I much prefer it. Just make sure that they're registered, etc. |
