| Comment | Lets Direct, if its the same company my mum rented from as I grew up, are scum. Single mum, 3 weans, burst pipe in the kitchen ceiling that flooded the house when you ran water upstairs. Told her it was her responsibility to fix, we went without washing for months because of it. Mum couldn't find support anywhere, couldn't afford repairs, it totally ruined her. I'd go to school and wash in the sinks as best I could, same with sisters.
Eventually moved back in with her sexually abusive partner because despite her taking abuse from him, we'd at least be able to wash.
