there are very few 3 bed tenements in thornwood. the sandstone tenements are mainly 4 apartment, so technically 1 bedroom but sometimes converted into 2 bed with a kitchenette. 3 bed flats in Thornwood would be usually new builds or 1950s- ex council flats. the postwar council flats are in the 150k range. some are lovely with balconies etc.
