| Comment | Sound like a miserable bastard but cutting the people I'm friends with to a reasonable size. 6 month ago I had a lot of individual friends or small groups of friends who didn't really know each other and felt like I was always meeting folks for catch-up drinks but never to just enjoy ourselves.
Lockdown started, I moved home from abroad and I realised that I wasn't going to sustain all those friendships, but that that's okay. I have weekly group calls with my three best friends, a few calls a week with my girlfriend and her sister and other than that I'm kinda cool with just being forgotten about and doing my own thing the rest of the time, not spending half my life on WhatsApp. |
