| Comment | Speaking from my experience as a student, I got on fine in the Gorbals, anything west end is good (e.g. Partick) and so is Cowcaddens. I haven't had much experience elsewhere but I imagine other commenters can fill in the gaps there.
However, Springburn and Dennistoun are cheap for a reason and I'd avoid it if possible. I'm paying £385 p/month for a fully furnished flat but I've also had a break in and several other attempts this summer alone. My car has been keyed and I've lost two wheelie bins to bored teens setting them on fire. |
