Well I was supposed to have one girl and she had such an attitude and kept yawning that it ruined the experience. A guy took over part way through. They didn't seem to know very much. Example: I needed a trim because it had been over a year and they kept asking why I needed one and said it looked fine when clearly my ends needed it. I asked them to show me how to better define my curls on top and he said yes Ill show you how to diffuse. Then he didn't and jdur applied product and finger curled instead (which I already do) and I had to pay them £80 for essentially just washing my hair. No styling or tips or anything. I hear great things about the owner but I don't find them helpful at all. |
